Your automatic emails are not accurate they told me my car was about ready and it was not I found out it's automated so it would be better not to have that

I must admit, I was a bit concerned, and apprehensive prior to leaving my Toyota Sports Edition Camry off for repair at DarCars. I admit I’d heard a few unsavory stories. But, from the very moment I walked in the door, I was cheerfully greeted by the receptionist. I stated that I had a 9:30am appointment, and shortly after, Miracle came out to greet me. We then went outside to look at my car. After seeing the damage, she explained the repair process in great detail, that of which I fully understood; I can honestly say that my experience was TERRIFIC! I was also impressed by being able to get a rental car on the spot. Upon returning to retrieve my vehicle, surprisingly, the staff remembered me. Again, I was greeted nicely by the staff, paid my bill, returned my rental and was on my way with a car that looked brand new. I’d say each and every employee there should be given a raise, immediately! I cannot imagine what they deal with on a daily basis. But whatever they deal with, they made my experience an AMAZING one! I will definitely recommend DarCars body shop to family and friends! THANK YOU KINDLY FOR ALLOWING ME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW!! /V. Pickett

I missed 2 hours of work this morning for nothing. I arrived to pick up my car and immediately noticed the bumper was not attached properly on the sides. I asked the representative why it was like that and got a condescending response. He went back in and spoke to someone and told me he needed to order a part in order to fix it. I'm not sure why the person(s) who repaired my vehicle didn't notice something I saw right away. My best guess would be a rushed job on a low dollar repair job that wasn't worth the time to do it right. I have concerns now as to the quality of the repairs done that I am unable to see and wonder if the bumper is in fact new. I will have a third party or another Geico representative review the work done.

I sent my car in for repairs and they left white paint specs all over where they painted on the back door of my car and I have a jazz blue color so I will be returning to get that fix. They didn't make sure everything was how it should have been they just returned me my car and that was that, when you repair someone's car they suppose to make sure you are satisfied with the repairs no one did that they just gave me my keys and I was on my way. I got in my car thinking that everything was perfect and when I had noticed it was when I went to wash my car and the stuff did not come off.
