I would like to say Thank you for making this such a smooth and easy experience. I loved that the rental car company was contacted for me and was able to meet at Abra. I really appreciate all the help. Everyone was so pleasant and ready to help. I hope I'm spelling his name right, but thank you Dell for going above and beyond from keeping in touch to helping me move car seats from the rental to my car. My kids were very excited to meet a new friend that day. Also I really enjoyed having my car vacuumed and smelling great when I picked it up. Overall the service at Abra was amazing! Keep up the awesome work and I'll be recommending your location to everyone!

Absolutely phenomenal service from the company and everyone involved. In specific, the staff were very accommodating to my work schedule since the business is closed during the weekend. The Abra staff was very professional and transparent with everything that was going on with my vehicle. This was my first time being in an accident and having to go through an insurance claim, but the whole process was very smooth and not stressful at all. I loved the constant updates about my vehicle; repairs were very quick. My car looked amazing when I came to pick it up!

Interior driver seat was filthy. Trailer hitch pin was not ordered. They offered to address the issue. Now I have to take more time away from work and family to deal with it. This should not have been an issue to begin with.
Lastly, now my truck pulls slightly to the right now. Didn't do that before. Only 20k miles on it. The shop was no help and referred me to the insurance company. The saga continues...
