I thought the communication was great. I was updated as often as I had requested. I thought my vehicle looked great. The paint job was great considering my vehicle is 18 yrs old. You have to really look hard to tell the difference. The people were all very nice. The warranty on the repair and paint is for as long as I own my vehicle so you can't beat that. I was very pleased.
