Gilbert did a great job. There were a lot of moving parts with the insurance company being quite difficult to deal with and sometimes uncooperative. The vehicle was ready for about 4 days before it could be released due to the insurance company not responding quickly. Gilbert took all my calls and messages and followed up the best he could from his end. Much appreciated. Thanks Gilbert.
