Our family owns several Mercedes vehicles and we have been serviced by Auto Nation many times through the years and I always get first class service from Omar in the Collision Center in Margate. Graham walker ... The name stands alone. He is professional ,courteous ,helpful .. I have owned many cars in my days and unfortunately have encountered a few accidents not happy with Geico at all thank God it was the other person’s fault for this accident. Walker was amazing went way above and beyond what anybody I’ve known has ever done. Whoever is reading this the man needs to be commended for all his actions. Jerry was wonderful with communication right from the beginning when my car went in for repair. He let me know that he was the “go to” person for any questions I had and gave me his number. He was prompt with updates, very professional, and I would recommend him highly.

Well these are two separate issues I never had a body shop that went to bat for me the way that they did Jerry was absolutely fantastic. I was rear-ended and the insurance company of the gentleman who rear-ended me was relentless in their efforts to cut Corners in the repair of my car. Jerry intervene and fought for me every single step of the way until my car was restored and safe for me to drive. Even when a few problems cropped up later that could not be detected at the time, Jerry and Ray were there for me making sure that my car is safe. They even detailed my car and handed back to me beautifully. I can't thank him enough I would never go anywhere again but to AutoNation thanks to Jerry and Ray

Walker was excellent he kept us updated with the repairs and answered all our questions and concerns. He even called us after the repair was done to see if where satisfied with it. We will surely recommend Walker 110%.
