My car was serviced by Peter in the Orlando, Florida Colonial Street Service Center and I could not have asked for a better repair man. Peter kept me informed about my vehicle and reassured me of concerns I had concerning the damages that were being fixed. Peter was kind, caring and professional. Pete, the customer rep was awesome. He kept us informed thru the whole process! The car looks great—no sign that it was in an accident! As very pleased to see they did a superb job cleaning the inside of our car which we didn’t expect! Would recommend Collision center to anyone who needed car body repairs.

I appreciated the fact that it happened ahead of schedule and that the car was cleaned and polished on the inside. However, I would like for there to have been some way to soften the strong smell from the polish and I would have preferred for my items in the car to be put in a box and given to me instead of pushed in the trunk.

Went to Pickup vehicle, Cindy did a walk around with Peter, she noticed the driver rear door had paint chipped and door molding was not spaced correctly. Peter blew her off over the chipped paint and molding. If it wasn't for Manager James Tucker getting involved my wife Cindy would still be pointing out the issues with Peter and making him understand that she is not a lady to be pushed aside. Her points were valid and Manager James Tucker agreed and now we will not get the truck back until Monday the 14th. James & Cindy Bentley
