I appreciated the fact that it happened ahead of schedule and that the car was cleaned and polished on the inside. However, I would like for there to have been some way to soften the strong smell from the polish and I would have preferred for my items in the car to be put in a box and given to me instead of pushed in the trunk.

Went to Pickup vehicle, Cindy did a walk around with Peter, she noticed the driver rear door had paint chipped and door molding was not spaced correctly. Peter blew her off over the chipped paint and molding. If it wasn't for Manager James Tucker getting involved my wife Cindy would still be pointing out the issues with Peter and making him understand that she is not a lady to be pushed aside. Her points were valid and Manager James Tucker agreed and now we will not get the truck back until Monday the 14th.
