I found new damage from what appeared to be buffer on the rear driver side door, The rear brake light wasn't working, and they didn't do the oil change or tire rotation I asked for(which they said would be no problem). They had the car for two weeks and couldn't get everything done correctly.
I feel like hey forgot about those requests and just brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal. No, I wasn't satisfied with the service I received.

Rocky was very good at handling the details in regards to interfacing with the Geico agent and Enterprise. She kept me informed as to the progress of the repair and took care of the broken antenna problem. The repair was excellent. I would recommend the Collision Center to other Ford owners.
