Only one thing should be noted. The tech who attended to the cleanup, failed to re-attach the all weather rubber mat in the driver's side properly. It wasn't snapped in for safety. I noticed it when I arrived home and was removing the paper protective sheet from the floor.

My main involvement with Auto Nation started in 12/2015 when assisting my significant other in the purchase of her Focus. Since then I have assisted her with repairs made to her vehicle, It is my experience that all with whom I have come into contact with at that Dealership have been communicative in all respects. In light of recent body work on that vehicle my comment is to us the untrained eyes the repair looks good. Only time will tell. my car was done in complete satisfaction, 2 year ago when I had a minor accident on I-4. Tropical ford keep my car for 31 days. AutoNation Collision Center in St Petersburg have update me every day with progress what was going on with my car. Tammy called me to keep me up-to-date, checking on me to make a show I had a rental car. Tammy did anoutstanding job with Roxy and I was very very impressed. Tammy has gone beyond her duties with the customer satisfaction and I'm very grateful. I would never take my car to anywhere else except to AutoNation St Petersburg for Collision.
