You guys have welcoming staff and an excellent front desk when first entering the building.Also I really liked the fact that you guys called weekly updating me on the progress on my vehicle! The agent that help me (leah) and updated me on my vehicle weekly was very polite and helpful through the whole process begining to end of my vehicle being repair!

Repair took longer than I was told. Payment in full was requested even though USAA insurance was paying for it and had informed AN of that fact. I paid by CCard in order to release the car. Now AN has been paid twice as they are in receipt of USAA's payment too. I am looking forward to receiving a credit to my credit card...

my only negative was that I was told up to 9 weeks for hail damage. A very long time to be without a vehicle. also after having the car for a day I noticed some damage to the front where something had been scraped across the bumper. Wasn't there before sending out. the starling was set off during repair but not reconnected so I had to take it back to the dealership to have that addressed. So the hail damage repair was good but the other factors not so great.

Every time I have gotten my Honda CRV repaired AutoNation collusion center has always done a great job!!!! I trust them and will continue to bring my Crv rein for repairs. They do a though great job!!!

I was greeted with a friendly manner upon arrival. The front desk staff clearly communicated their timeline to meet with a manager. David is the manager I interacted with. Both he and his service team took the time to clearly walk me through the process and expectations for my vehicle.

The repair is great. The timeline needs to be improved. The car was delivered on Monday. The paper work was not sent until Monday afternoon. The car was finished on the next Monday but I was not contacted to pick it up until Tuesday 11:30.
