Your shop is the best. I have had two jobs done with you and have always been completely satisfied. The only problem is that a lot of the time you are TOO busy to take the automobile immediately. Everyone is friendly and helpful and enjoy the time with you and Al.

The work was quality work as far as I can tell right now. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that I wasn't told that they don't accept credit/debit cards or personal checks over 1000 when I had the estimate done. There is a small paper that I missed on the front desk stating such but since I was directed straight to a desk further back there was no chance to see it. It put me in an awkward position having sent the rental car back. Maybe in the future make verbal note of this to the customer as well as include it on the estimate sheet you send home. I truly felt guilty and foolish for not being able to comply.
