Rickenbaugh Collision couldn’t of been a more awful experience! Your front of house staff is horrific!!! And I’m literally speechless with how slimy and skeezy my experience was. I should of known from the get-go to run far away from Rickenbaugh when I was treated like complete garbage by the receptionist at the front desk. The list of things that were so completely **** during my experience is long and has got me livid just thinking about it again. I could never in good conscience ever recommend anyone walk into Rickenbaugh collision unless they want to be treated like **** and taken for a ride.

Called for appt. for estimate. Estimate of $1020 and 3 days of work took 20 minutes and we set a start date/time. 1st day,dropped car of at set date/time. 2nd day got a call from Trina saying "on schedule" but price now was $950 and will call when ready. 3rd day Trina called to say car was ready. All repairs were completed on time and for less than estimate, and the car looked great, especially after the complimentary wash. Couldn't be happier.

Huge thanks to Tony for doing a top job handling our Scion XB repair.
As we were traveling through Denver and staying in a hotel, Tony was especially helpful in ensuring our job was completed on time.
My only suggestion for improvement is more proactive communication: I had to call the shop directly to get an estimated completion time on the job.

The car is beautiful looks factory new. However, a strip of 3M clear bra was left off of the rear fender well. I found it still in the package in the back of my car. I also found a gouge in the drivers seat, a tool in someone’s back pocket? The gouge was pointed out when I picked up the car, a non issue for me. I found the 3M strip when I arrived home. Again a non issue, I’ll put it on when it warms up. On a side note, Kaleb was on point and kept me up do date throughout the project. He’s a great ambassador.

Everyone who took care of my repair was top shelf. Had an exceptional experience. Caleb and Daniel were both great. Answered all questions and were willing to go the extra mile. Enterprise experience was also tremendous. Can't say enough about the experience. I also was a friend of Bart Rickenbaugh many years ago and this was my first experience with Rickenbaugh in any manner.

There was a small dent left on my door and my front license plate is all banged up and twisted. Called to let them know but they were rapping up for the day. Hopefully everything is made right this next week....not happy. The work that was done looks good! But they messed other things up.
