The estimating process and the actual repair were first rate. The staff was friendly and the text updates were useful.
The insurance complication which kept me cooling my heels in the waiting room for 45 minutes was unnecessary and inconvenient.
I would recommend your business to anyone who asked, but customer care should be first priority. Surely all the time on the phone tracking down an answer from the insurance company could have happened without me being held hostage in the waiting room.

The repair was completed quickly and professionally. Unlike some other facilities JMA got the CRV in and out in great time. You should however advertise mechanic work a little more. Your cost is reasonable and the word needs spread that collision repair is not your only thing.
