The work was good no complaints in that department. But the communication that was sought at the beginning was not there .. I was told 4-5 days in repair and it literally took two weeks. . Like I mention above, the work was very good but was not completed in a timely mannor. Thanks

I know that you take care and pride in the work done. But, I can see a difference in the paint color where the repair was done. I appreciate the attempt to improve it, but it bothers me to still see a difference.

Brought car in Monday night, promised it back Wednesday morning. By Thursday afternoon at **** pm I came by to complain. Finally fixed by Thursday at 4. Do not promise Wednesday then complete job almost 2 full work days later.

Positeve the car did finally come out good. Neg. told three days max. and 8 days to find out not fixed properlay. I had to pay 42 for part (should have been free) you are the ones that quouted it. you put bumper back properly on next visit. When I got est. I ask how much to paint trunk -qoute 250. When I came back Bob told me nothing less then 300. SHould have got it for the 300.00 I was qouted. so no trunk painted. Two things I felt were not right. FYI. Ben P. Reitmyer

Looks like the quality of workmanship was excellent. The only problem was the delays in completing the repairs. Some of which was because of not knowing of the extra parts needed until after disassemble, but the other was a fit problem. Perhaps a non-OEM part or bad part. It just took a lot longer to complete. Staff was friendly and communicated throughout.
