There were at least three instances when I was promised a call back with the status in the last week and a half of repairs that I received no call and the delivery date was changed three times as well. I had to adjust my work schedule and other appointments three times because of this. It made me seem unreliable at work and with my doctor's office. The work on the car itself was great, it looks marvelous...but please, work on the communications follow-up.

The stuff at extreme Collision We're very professional very polite very caring of my needs and my wife I would recommend it to anyone who has a Body and Fender issue that they need repair for their car and the owner was very concerned of my knees and make sure that my needs are satisfied

They told me my car was going to take a week longer than it did. I was pleasantly surprised, but it's better to give people more realistic information.

I called to check my car's status and was told it was done. I think they should notify customers sooner. That being said, the service dept was excellent!! My car never looked better! The attention to detail was impressive. I would highly recommend them!

They were great, my car was fixed and back to me before the date they gave me. And it looks great. All the people are professional and friendly, great experience working with them.
