Was not very happy with the rental car from Enterprise, very dirty, torn carpet on drivers side, dirty seats, tire pressure on 2 tires 34, **** tire 32, driver side tire in back was 26, it was so low,the light was flashing at me to get it fixed. I have rented many times from Enterprise & have never been given a car like this for a rental car. That was my complaint, not about Extreme Auto Collision, only about Enterprise.

When I pick up truck and first glance over repair I thought it looked ok , until I got home and really took a close look and noticed the body line of the repair didn’t match the other corner of the truck ! The spot that got buckled is still sticking out to far . Al so engine ck light that u checked back on , will Be checking with a mechanic if it’s related to accident! Looks like catalytic bank one not working correctly. Bumper is fine, looks like the repair was rushed a little to fast! My opinion! Pieces of rubber stripping left in bed, not sure why because I cane see you only painted the bottom corner of truck!

Front desk was very unorganized, did not communicate with the shop guys. Jessica at the front desk also called me by the wrong name every single time she called, I corrected her every single time. Was told by Francisco I would be getting a full tank of gas and a detail for my headache (car was late being done) got the detail... 3/4 tank of gas. I commute 100 miles a day that’s only a few days worth of gas for me and not what I was told. Very dissatisfied. Very displeased. Will not be returning and will be making reviews.

Over all I was satisfied with the work. A small paint imperfection on the bumper but since I have a lifetime guarantee I don’t mind it. Also I noticed how busy the shop is and call wait times are a little long. Parking for customers is difficult and completion estimate was a little off. But like I said overall nice employees and a good job. Thank you all for getting my car fixed quickly
