The repair was unsatisfactory. The gaps on the hood and fender/bumper are not aligned. It was too obvious the hood was protruding out a little bit while the bumper cover/grill was a little sunken in. The paint work has a burst bubble that according to the guy who explained the rapairs to me was a rock chip. It's obviously not.

I picked up my car to learn a part on my bumper was not replaced. There was a weather stripping, and some other new parts pieces placed in my back seat that were not used/replaced. My car was there for 20 days. I was told the part would be ordered and I can bring my car back for **** day, haven't had any follow up calls. Customer service is always good- otherwise!

The broken glass was not fully taken out of the car. My granddaughter got hurt from the glass on the cup holder. I had my cars worked on another site and gave me the car back washed and vacuum out. Besides that the everything else was good. Fast service

The repairs were mostly good. I had to come back to buff out a scratch. The door does not close as smoothly as it should. Not a 100% perfect repair but good enough.

When I went to pick up my vehicle I noticed a blemish in the paint that was part of the repair. I let it go as the gentleman that brought my vehicle up said they could buff it out but still bothers me that the job has that imperfection considering it went through QC check. Also I noticed rattling in the front wheel well where additional work was done and when I went to check there were clips missing, which was causing the rattling so I had to buy clips and put them in myself. I even called and left a message and no one ever returned my call about it.
