I was charged for new wheel, but have my partially repaired old one re-installed. I want new one, as billed. Service adviser who went over bill with me also informed me that my car should have had, but did not, have an alignment.
I was already disappointed and inconvenienced without my car for 18 days. Original estimated time was about 5 days, then extended to 17 days (yesterday), and finally ready for pickup today. Now I have to return to have new wheel installed and get alignment.
