Everyone at the shop is rude. You did not fix some of the damage and half **** the rest of it. The under body pan was never fixed it is still hanging down. You taped the old emblem on with double sided tape but charged the insurance for a new set. It is now coming off. They paid has dirt, hair, runs, and snake eyes all over the part you painted.

Our car was repaired quickly and to our satisfaction. They communicated every step of the way and it was even done sooner than projected. The best part was that they washed, vacuumed and wiped down all the interior surfaces. I will definitely use them for any of my future repairs.

When we came to pick up the car the headlight did not fit correctly. They said it was because it was an after market product. It was very obvious it wasn’t right. It would seem someone who works there should give the car a good look before saying it was ready. They did say they would order the part from Jeep and it would fit properly. The car is with my son at college so they said they would need a week notice to get the part and when the car is back in the area it will be fixed. I’m glad they are going to fix it right but it is inconvenient.

Communication was non existent. My van was returned with the seats just thrown in. Tires were low on air, no one reviewed the repairs with me. Just took my deductible and gave me my keys. Would not choose to come back which is unfortunate because I would like bodywork done but I’ll look elsewhere.
