Very poor customer service. Needed to make repeated phone calls to find out status of vehicle. Was told differing stories,every time we called. Vehicle,was not test driven prior to notifying us to pick it up. Electronics were damaged and we had to leave vehicle extra days to have repair made. Lost day at work after we were notified vehicle was ready. We have paid in full and have no vehicle. Very disappointed in the communication as,well as follow up be,Abra. Notified USAA of the situation. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Everyone was very helpful, great customer service. Jeremy Rendmeisyer was the one that took care of me, he took time to help me file a claim with the lady who hit me insurance company. He made sure I had a rental and was completely happy before I left. Then when I picked up my vehicle it was vacuumed and very clean. Very happy with my experience
