I don't think my car should have taken an entire week in the shop for such a small repair. I'm very disappointed in the length of time you took. I think you need better scheduling of your jobs. I had to rent a car for an entire week I spent $140 in charges even though the insurance company for the other driver picked up the daily rate.

Kraft collision center in Roanoke is the best in the business. Shannon and Ashley were absolutely phenomenal. They constantly kept me up to date, and exceeded my expectations with customer service, and of course the craftsmanship of repair to my truck was unsurpassed! I know who I’m gonna recommend Craft Collision in the future for vehicle repairs. Thank you so much for a job well done. As they say in the military “Bravo Zulu“, which means job well done.
