The work performed looks great, but the customer service from the lady in the office was very lacking and confusing. The Time frame of repair work and dates that was promised for the whole process were different with each person I talked to.

I brought my car in with hail damage. When I picked it back up it was cleaner and looked better then before the hail hit it. Grant's did a great job keeping me updated on the progress of my repair. Would come back again, but I hope I'll never have too. Lesson learned, when leaving your car at the airport, always park in the garage!
