There was a severe lack of communication between Leslie my service advisor and myself. The only way I received information about my car was when I called to inquire because she had not reached out to me. There were multiple delays in getting my car back to me which I had to call to find out.
The repair took longer than expected however heritage did a good job to keep me up to date. My only complaint although the labor was much higher than other body shops was that they did not charge my electric vehicle upon returning it to me.

More communication was needed from the beginning. My car sat for two weeks with no repairs made whatsoever.
The interior car was dusty and dirty when I picked it up. I had to clean the interior when I got home.
I did not receive a call to inform me that additional damage was found. I had to call to find out when the car would be ready. At that time I found out about more damage. I also had to ask the receptionist to explain the bill which was more than the deductible; why didn't progressive pay the addition charge? Still trying to get an answer to this question. Body work is good.
The repairs were great. The car runs like new. Betty was great.
Dissatisfaction comes from lack of communication with Geico. Lag in communication caused undue delays. Not having a car for months was costly ands inconvenient.
Final product was excellent so far.
