Dave Neuhof responded to all my questions in person and via email. The repair went as described in the time alotted. I received daily updates via email which I really appreciated. The car looks great and as a nice bonus was vacuumed and clean inside. Also very appreciated. All correspondence was handled with USAA and I virtually didn't have to handle anything. I wasn't advised that you had transport though and I would have used that service when dropping off my car instead of finding a ride.
