I left a voicemail today with a quick inquiry. The AFS off light was blinking on my wife's car after the accident. I am wondering if this is something that was not able to be fixed or not. I read on the internet that this means that the AFS (headlight function) is malfunctioning. I would like contacted to discuss this. Thank you.

Communication could have been a lot better. I was signed up for text alerts but I got no notification when the repairs were delayed or when I could expect my cr to be ready. I had to call myself. Given that a three day repair turned into a two week repair I wanted to have been better informed.

The entire staff of Diehl collision was extremely courteous and very helpful. After three days, I called to check the progress of the repair. I was told that because the vehicle is so new (a 2017 Subaru Legacy) that parts were back ordered. I was told that they would call the supplier to expedite the delivery. On Friday, 9/30 I received a call the repair was done and we could pick up the car at 4PM. A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO ALL WHO MADE THIS REPAIR HAPPEN WITHIN THE TIME FRAME I WAS INITIALLY TOLD IT WOULD TAKE. The car rental process was the smoothest I have ever experienced.
