You always do a great job keeping me informed along the way, & providing timeframes. I did notice that this time the car was cleaned on the outside bit not the inside. The last time i used you (2 yrs ago maybe?) the detailer did a full detail- inside and out- which was amazing!! and a really nice add-on. Not sure if that was just a fluke last time. Thank you for your help!
