Very friendly and professional. Repairs took a little longer than expected but that was due to parts being delayed. After looking over the car when I got home I noticed some imperfections with the paint job ie drip marks and a hair underneath the paint coating.

I have to be honest. This is my 2nd time using Barron for my car repair needs and I was a little disappointed in how things worked out this time around. We ran into repeated delays, not to mention major complications in arranging transportation for myself due to the schedule changes ,and it took over a month to get the work completed. I was in shock that I was charged the full amount because some of the delays could have been avoided or at the very least minimalized. I was Actually hoping to speak with ken when I came to pick up my car since he is the only person I spoke with for the over a month that my car was with Barron but he was not there when I picked up my car. I would appreciate a call to discuss this further as I meant to call today to speak with ken about this matter but I was unable to.
