I would rate the staff a complete 10, but there was a light bulb failure issue and now a tire pressure issue in my warning system. I called, an was told if I couldn't fix the problem to call back and the center would call USAA to get it fixed. But I have concerns because now I have to go to a dealership and pay money out of pocket for the repairs. I don't know whether this is the car or due to the repairs so at this point I am going to go to Viti Volvo in Tiverton and see what they say. Other than that, your staff and work are really a 10. No doubt about it.

Crown Collision in Bristol made the experience of getting my car repaired so easy! I had to make one phone call to my insurance company and Crown Collision handled everything from that point---coordinating with my insurance company, arranging for a rental car, keeping me updated as to the estimate and progress of repairs and doing all of this in such a professional manner. Best of all, my car looks brand new again!!!!
