There was a nick in my tint, although I expressed concern over my tint being damaged, and a piece of the plastic on my door handle will not stay in place because the tabs that hold it in place are broken off. It will need to be glued on.

Expected time frame for repairs was 3 days. I understand this could fluctuate some due to unforeseen circumstances, however extending out 10 business days was extensive. I would have to chase down an update only to be told it should be ready the next day to which I would again have to chase down an update and be told it should be ready the next day, over and over again. Once I received my vehicle back, the repair job seemed amateur for this facility to be specialist in collision care. There is dirt and dust in the paint with 'fish eyes'. Also a dent was left in one door. Although minor, you would expect after 10 days the job to be perfect. By far, I am very unsatisfied with the customer service follow up and the work at this facility.
