The initial vehicle inspection with the claims agent was smooth, then the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, kept me informed took care of the rental car for pick up and drop off. My car looks better then it did prior to the accident. Thank you all for taken the lead and making this process not stressful.

I had to take my car back twice because my door wasn't working properly and and still my door still wasn't put together properly. I even had screws missing from my door when they put it together

The work was satisfied but they left a scratch near repair area about finger nail length. And the person with dirty shoes and hands could wipe the dirty off. It was whire stuff. Other than that I was satisfied with timely manner .Thanks

I've had vehicle's repaired before for one reason or another, but this is the first time after repairs that my entire vehicle was serviced and cleaned.
