At first I was skeptical how about using Cushman judging from the reviews online but since you were recommended by USAA I decided to go ahead with you guys from the day I entered your establishment I noticed that your workplace was clean the people were congenial and very professional. I was very pleased to see that the staff was concerned about the maintenance of my vehicle as much as I was concerned about the repairs of my vehicle. I was also pleased that it took them a short time to get my vehicle repaired. The entire process was as we say in the military a seamless operation I receive constant updates as to the progress of the repairs being done to my vehicle and I was contacted several times in person to be sure everything was tracking. Cushman's paint and body now has a permanent customer I will take all my vehicles 2 Cushman for minor and major paint and body repairs

Need to better coordinate schedules made by the insurance agents if the appointments can not be honored by calling and rescheduling with the customer or not allow the insurance agents to schedule at all. Once that wrinkle was worked thru, remaining service was great with the adjuster and repair updates. Thank you for your service.
