My trunk leaked after I got it back. Had to bring the car back to the body shop and have them fix the seal, which was inconvenient.
My car's interior is also filthy and covered in dust and white residue on all the surfaces. Bonner shouldn't return cars like this. I had to vacuum the whole interior and wipe down the surfaces.

My van was super dirty when it was brought in, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I picked it up and y'all had cleaned it for me too! First I was told a week,then a week and a half,then two weeks,then two and a half weeks. But I would get the change of completion text on the day I was told to pick up my car. I did call and check a few times too. I was always told "almost done". However work was wonderful. The people were nice and awesome. I understand delays just need a sooner notification of changing completion date. It's really hard for a family of 7 running on **** vehicle because we planned for one week. That's all. I would come back but I hope I don't EVER have to.

The best customer service. I absolutely love the text message system. It keeps you up to date about your vehicle and the repairs. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but I definitely would!!!
