We were completely satisfied with everything up until the time we got our car home and realized there was so much glass left inside the car. To the point where the passenger my wife who got into the car had cuts on both of her hands and fingers from glass shards in the seat. In addition I was cut as well moving things in the backseat and while I sat in the driver seat. I was told the reason they had the car for so long and the estimate was so high was because they had to do extensive vacuuming after such shattered glass had gone everywhere. So now we were not too thrilled in the end

Post repair issues with taillight, paint finish, clearcoat, glass replacement, side mirror inoperable, headlight and auxiliary safety light operation. Hvac system and cab still has broken glass debris. I would like to see what statefarm approved and disapproved for truck repairs.
