Friendly customer interface, however the adaptive cruise control close out panel was missing and the shrader valve plug for ac fill was also missing. There was also a loose compressor fitting sitting at the bottom of the air cleaner box. Dealer was quick to provide missing parts, but mechanic support and checklist was poor.

Kudos to Tralene for keeping us informed and relentlessly searching for a 2015 Ram 1500 Sport left headlight. OEM blacked out matching part was no longer being manufactured by Ram, so she tracked down an exact fit in chrome. AAA would not cover a matching right chrome headlight since the right headlight was undamaged so Tralene is helping me purchase a chrome right headlight as inexpensively as possible. The truck repairs and paint are great and my truck looks and drives as good as new. Many thanks to Tralene and the team that restored my truck!! We are new to Rochester and will be your customer for maintenance in the future.
