From my first call to setup the estimate appointment, the estimate process and the repair time, I was treated with the utmost respect. Ashley, I believe that is her name, explained everything so well that there were no questions I could ask. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the process that I was completely at ease. When I picked up my car and realized there was something not working correctly a gentleman, the manager I think, was wonderful in the way he checked on my concerns and discussed with me the course of action that would be taken. Again, everyone was amazing. This is the kind of place I’d like to work, if I knew anything about cars.

One of my wheels was damaged in an accident which was not my fault. When I picked my car up today I didn’t realize that my tire was on the wheel backwards. Now I have to drop my car off once again to have it corrected. Plus side is that the shop isn’t far from where I work and the employee said he would drive me back to work while he corrected it.
