The bullet casing was left in my engine when I specifically asked the person that working on my car to remove it, HE SAID HE WOULD. IT IS STILL THERE. HE DIDNT FOLLOW THROUGH.

My wallet with the IDs from all the states I’ve lived in, which was in my center console was stolen. When I reported this to management I was told “we told you to take things of value out of the car”— essentially blaming me. As I stated then, I wouldn’t imagine someone would take my IDs as there were special to me but not an item of value. There was no recourse or follow up just nonchalance. I will never give this location business again and have reported this infraction to my insurance company as they should not be recommending businesses where thefts occur and there is no accountability taken

My repair wasn’t complete 100% My front tag holder did not come with the part so it has been back ordered. I am still waiting to be called by the shop to put in back to my car. After that the work done with satisfaction
