Friendly nature and frequent updates from Steve Clinton caused me to feel as though MacMulkin truly understood my "upset feelings about the accident " and were working to minimize it. The auto body was fantastic constant updates about repairs, costs and timeframe. Text system was great along with multiple phone calls for updates. Car came out great and was cleaner than when I dropped it off! All around very satisfied only came to Macmulkin because of connivence with my insurance USAA but in the end I'm very happy I did.
