I needed new passenger car door to be replaced due to accident. The new door doesn’t always open. This is very frustrating. The passenger window busted and all the glass fell inside the car. There were still several pieces of glass remains in the car. The remains were found under a piece of the door Inside panel. I lifted it off and there was a lot of glass.

The car wasn’t properly adjusted. The cover on the back sit was not screwed, the lock on the rear/ window not screw. The assembles was a disaster.

I was very impressed with how friendly, courteous, and professional your staff was when dealing with my claim (thru USAA) from start to finish. I am most thankful for the company paying such close attention to the quality of replacement parts and making sure they met Fazio’s level of acceptance before installing them on/in my car. Also, my sincere thanks to the team that presented me with a clean and polished car! It was so wonderful to see my car in such good shape! Thanks again for all your hard work.
