I really appreciated that One Stop was able to help me with all my questions about the whole process of getting my car fixed after my accident, even including dealing with the rental car agency and updating them. I was kept up to date with a few emails at certain points in my repairs and it felt very nice to pretty much completely put my car in their hands while I had to deal with the rest of my day to day between dropping the car off and picking it up. They were very on point with the time estimate for my repairs and I appreciated that they didn't try to promise a sooner time then necessary. I got it back exactly when I was first promised even with unexpected delays I was made aware of because of parts being shipped.
