(****) Odometer still remains to be repaired.
(2) Took 3 weeks to repair.
(3) Bill and Austin were very helpful and kept me informed, except that 3 completion dates texted to me were not corrected, and repair time had to be extended, costing me 17 per day additional price (beyond the 26 USAA paid)for rental car. My wife and I also had to rearrange schedules to pick up the car, then more time would be needed. Recommend not sending the texts if they are not accurate.
(4) Car was clean and everything returned in its proper place upon pick up.
(5) Car drives well and after one day, the repairs appear First Class!
