Text system was completely misleading and cost me money. Furthermore, no one knew anything when I contacted Hollingsworth. No communication was made when my repairs were extended beyond the first estimated date and the text messages only made it worse. I'm utterly disgusted by the whole experience. I had to take time off to go retrieve my truck only to find out it wasn't done, thus costing me a days pay. I look forward to discussing this with a rep so that this doesn't happen to another paying customer.

Troy was HORRIBLE! He never answered his calls and it took him days to return calls if they were even returned. He always had some kind of story as to why my car was not ready and it was never his fault. Firing Troy was the best thing that Hollingsworth Richards Collision center could have ever done. I'm sure the company will improve greatly in the near future. It was very nice working with the new manager and Tiffany. Both of them were very helpful and did everything they could do so I could get my car back as quickly as possible. I'm very thankful for their kindness and understanding. Just to let anyone reading know, my car was at the collision center for 4 MONTHS!!! I had this car ordered, so therefore it was customized. It took Mercedes about 3 months to build the car from scratch and ship it to us from Germany. 4 months in the collision center is quite ridiculous, so thank you Troy for sucking at your job and as a person.
