This has been a long process. The car took over a month forbrepairs and them had paint issue as well as not bring able to go in reverse. We finally picked it up almost 2 months later and there are sensor issues. It is difficult to arrange getting it back to you along with setting up rental as my son it gone with his management job over 75% of the time. To top it off we don't kniw ehi is responsible for rental vehicle..your body shop or progressive. I would think progressive. We really need your help in determining this. The car dies defintely not drive or ride the same. I personally worked for State Farm Insurance for 25 years and the rental carcwas always delivered to the body shop for the convenience if pur insureds. I would appreciate you help and feed back regarding the present situation. Diane M

The repair took a little longer than I expected. So long that the allotted rental car period was exceeded and I had to pay about $465 dollars from my own pocket, until the vehicle was ready. Other than that, I very happy with the repair and the detailing that your staff did on the exterior of the vehicle was great!!!

Paint job and prep job is deplorable for this simple job, was not sanded well, bubbles in paint. Then you charge me $100 over the estimate.
