I was wish Matthew's GMC Service was as efficient, accommodating, thorough and professional as the Collision Center. This Collision Center experience was flawless from estimate to vehicle pick up. Totally incompetant rude staff unwilling to take responsibility, collision dept. workers caused more damage to auto, left work infinished. Very dissatisfied with timeline on job and the total experience and woulrd NEVER recomend Mathews for eitber sales or repairs and intend to report them to BBB and Mitsubishi Corp.

Bad paint job and I can still tell there is damage. And now my hood is dented which I don't understand considering the work was on the bumper. Waited two weeks for what should have been simple to get my car back in worse condition than I brought it in. I am extremely dissatisfied

Everyone treated my with utmost respect. As many times as I called to check on repair progress, which took almost 3 weeks,Stan, Ed or other persons were understanding, patient, completely informative always. Made me feel like I was the most important client they had. I was not surprised, as I have always found your entire service unit at the waterfall location (especially John and Jim to treat me the same.

Was not contacted throughout process on status of repairs. Had to contact myself. Unhappy with amount being applied to auto awards. With amount spent would think more than 100 applied

I was very pleased with the repair work done on my Chevy Silverado 2010.
You kept me informed on the repair job, and the Chevy Cruze was a nice loaner, to drive while I waited for my truck. Everyone there is/ was very nice and asked if the could help me while I waited to talk to someone. Thanks????
