I mentioned to both USAA and ECC about a sound my vehicle was making after my accident. The issue was not fixed and my vehicle now makes the sound all the time while the car is running. Additionally, the volume button on my steering wheel was broken and the plastic between the channel button and the volume button was broken and the broken piece is missing. I appreciate the bumper repair, but the accident caused additional issues that weren't repaired and a piece of the steering wheel was broken after I dropped the truck off.

When I received my car there was trash from food left in the front passenger seat. Also, I filled my gas tank prior to leaving my car with them and upon picking my car up, it was only at a half tank.
