The car was repaired to satisfaction but my hour wait to pick up my car once I arrived was unacceptable. I received a call saying it would be ready after Noin, a text saying after 2pm. I arrived after 2 and left an hour later after being told it still needed to be cleaned and then the staff locking the keys i it.

It would be great if Mercedes could pick up your car and take it to the shop if needed. This was a lengthy and expensive repair. I’ve had my car back less than 24 hours, so I guess it’s ok.... but the company stayed in touch, worked w/ my insurance company, and receptionist helped me transfer all my stuff from rental car back to my car. She always reminded me to get my garage control (which I would have left in rental car). I really appreciated that!!!

Thank you to the Mercedes team of Mechanics. I picked it up at about 11 o’clock and immediately drove it eight hours straight had no issues with the motor or any of the mechanisms it all ran great look forward to continue service from Mercedes team in Kentucky Knoxville Kentucky were great the mechanics of geniuses and Tim and Yolanda did a great job taking care of me as I work through this issue with my RV thank you very much

Mr. Tim Harris was very nice to deal with, and very helpful. Justin was wonderful too. :) They both (along with Yolanda), took good care of me. Justin even helped me transfer my stuff from the rental car to my car. He was very sweet. I appreciate how nice they were to me. That meant a lot.
