Upon pickup, he was thoughtful in thinking of pulling my car under an awning to help with me getting my infant son in without getting wet!! I do not want my representative to contact me. However I feel you need to know that I came into Mercedes Benz of Knoxville on Aug 13th & spoke to Tim Harris. He prepared a repair proposal for an insurance paid repair on my ML. I also had him to prepare a proposal for my front bumper that was not related to the insurance paid repair. He assured me he could have both repaired & he’d have some spots touched up as well at the same time. I told him this is what I wanted. When I picked up my ML after Knox Mercedes back my car for 5 days , I found only the insurance repair has been completed. Thank goodness Mr. Drake was there to assist me. He was excellent for customer service. However I’m not pleased my bumper was not painted and the unprofessional attitude of Tim Harris.

Casey did an unbelievable job in straightening the right rear fender and lining up the gaps to factory spec; and Dean matched the paint perfectly and taped up everything so that it would be very difficult to know the car was repaired. Jim Davis was always responsive and kept me up to date on the progress of the repairs.
