For the most part I was satisfied. I do believe they may have put a chip in the car that was not there before. I was surprised they ran the car through a car wash and did not hand wash it.

My first point of contact was with Rob Shabe on 5/9/16. I called, he said he'd wait til I could get there because I work until 5:00. Rob was extremely courteous and professional and explained everything that needed to be done to repair my Jeep. He provided 2 copies of the estimate; one for myself and one for the offending party. Once contact was made with the other party's insurer, there was absolutely no waiting to obtain an appointment to bring my Jeep in for repairs (5/11/16). I was kept abreast of the status of the repairs. One week and practically to the hour, I picked up my Jeep. And 4 days ahead of schedule. Chapman's rocks!!! Thank you!!!

No contact necessary. Issues were resolved with a return trip but they were things that should have been checked/resolved prior to returning our vehicle. Wheel well clips were not reinstalled after the repair and the bumper was not adjusted correctly (it was hitting the tires when turning). Everyone at the dealership was wonderful, considerate, and very helpful!!!! Customer service is A!!!! Enterprise (which handled our rental through insurance claim) was an absolute NIGHTMARE. If renting in the future during a repair at Chapman, I will be demanding a more considerate, efficient, and knowledgable rental service that does not make you wait 3 hours while your sitting with expensive tack on the parking lot or changing vehicles multiple times because they do not even know who is renting what vehicle. Thankfully, it was not raining or our belongings would have been damaged during the ridiculous waiting and multiple vehicle changes.
