I’m pretty sure they know I’m happy. Mariah did a fantastic job of checking in regularly and keeping me informed every step of the way. Job took a little longer than I hoped, but to be fair, I don’t think that was their fault. I would definitely use them again.

The car wasn't repaired properly. There's an obvious vibration issue that should've been spotted easily if a test drive was done after the repair. I had to bring the car back in and it's still being repaired.

The first difference I noticed straight away was I actually got call backs on my car on anything that came up. Auto shops in general are terrible at this.

It took me a month to find out that my car was totaled and when I returned to pick up my belongings from inside the car, the one item I had in the car (snow brush/scraper) was broken in half ... at least I live in California now!

As I had mentioned in my previous survey, one small repair item was missed and I would need to bring back the car again.
The driver side Sun visor clip was broken and was supposed to be replaced. I k is that the we discussed ordering the clip but when I received the car it was still not repaired.
