Although my Toyota was finally deemed totaled and not repaired, Toyota of Greensboro Collision was thorough, and persevered through the difficult process of negotiating with the insurance company. They were always easy to deal with. I would recommend them highly.

You did not check the car from front to back as it had been in an accident. This required two separate times in the shop and two separate rental cars and two times dealing with insurance. Had you done due diligence the first time, the total cost of repairs would have “totaled” the car. Plus you wouldn’t release the car the first time you said it was ready because the insurance company had not paid you. Thats between you and insurance. The accident was stressful enough, but you all just made it worse.

The repair work was fine. Initially I was informed the repairs would take about a week. The communication between insurance adjuster and Toyota of Greensboro caused me some anxiety when it was communicated that I could anticipate the car being ready in 30 days. Suddenly it was ready less than a week later. Not sure what happened there, but everything appears to be fine. The adjuster and the adjuster's client assured me everything was going to be Okay and it did work out. So Thank you everyone.
