Tom was exceptional. He was clear and concise explaining the plan for my car's repairs. He ensured I had a loaner car, which was greatly appreciated. The repairs were completed according to plan and looks perfect. Every staff member I had the pleasure of meeting, or receiving text updates from, delivered wonderful customer service. People were friendly. Job & actions were done timely enough. One complaint: I had to wait a week for the insurance company to approve work. I had to wait weeks for the work to be completed. No problem. However, when work was completed J&L called insurance and essentially terminated the car rental. It was inconvient for me to get my car instantly. I waited why not J&L?

The only reason I was less than completely satisfied is that the radio code was not reset after the radio had been disconnected. I didn't have the code so I had to go back and get it reset. However, the code was reset for me and I am now all set.

The customer service lady at the front desk was very good. There was a gentleman by the fish tank who took time out of his day to explain to my eight year old about the fish in the tank up front. That was very kind of him. Ty kept us up to date as the schedule changed due to problems with getting the correct parts. The car looks great. Thank you

Exceptional service! I especially want to , again, mention the tow truck driver that came the morning of my accident. I think they said his name was Mike. His compassion, calm demeanor, and willingness to do whatever was necessary to help me through that traumatic event was amazing! Everyone I encountered at Leons was very kind and sympathetic. The door panels do not match. I will be coming in to discuss this in the near future. One side is leather while the other side is cloth. Also it took over a month to get the repairs and parts ordered.
