I had a very poor experience. I had to follow up to get any status on my car. I called after 45 days and I was told it was done. Nobody ever called. When I received my car, the trunk was full of glass. In fact, I had to clean out more glass this weekend. I was considering purchasing a used 7 series from towne bmw but this experience has made me change my mind.
